Services
We provide certified, stamped translation of official, personal and commercial documents to and from Arabic and 50+ languages, as well as general translation and proofreading services.
Quotes and Payment
- Prices are set after reviewing the document, based on language, number of pages, document type and requested turnaround.
- A quote applies only to the document submitted; any additions or changes may change the price.
- Work starts once the client approves the quote and completes the agreed payment.
Delivery Times
The 1–3 hour turnaround is an estimate for most standard documents and may vary with document length, language, legibility and workload. We will tell you the expected delivery time before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
- Send clear, legible and complete copies of documents.
- Confirm the correct spelling of names and personal details as they should appear in the translation.
- Check the requirements of the receiving authority (embassy, ministry, university, etc.), as acceptance of the translation rests with that authority.
Revisions and Corrections
If we make an error in the translation, we will correct it free of charge if notified within 7 days of delivery. Changes caused by edits to the original document or incorrect information provided by the client may be treated as a new order.
Cancellation and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before work begins. Once translation has started, completed work will be charged, and no refunds are available after the translation is delivered.
Confidentiality
We keep all documents and information strictly confidential, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the document concerned. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by third-party requirements or by incorrect information provided by the client.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, designs and logos, belongs to Qalam Alibdaa Translation Office and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the Kuwaiti courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
